DJ Menifee is the Vice President for Enrollment at Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA. DJ has 15 years of admission/enrollment experience working with first-year, transfer, international and graduate populations while having served at regional and national liberal arts, a national private comprehensive, and regional public institutions.

As the Vice President for Enrollment, DJ leads an admission and student financial service division to support current and prospective students and their families through the admission, financial aid and student accounts process. In addition to serving on the president’s senior leadership team, the administrative leadership team, and university council, he actively serves as the university’s strategy and policy leader on all matters relating to student enrollment as it supports the overall university strategic plan.

DJ has served in leadership roles across many higher ed organizations throughout his career. He served as a board director for the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), is a member of the College Board’s Middle States Advisory Board and the Colloquium Planning Committee, a board director for the Common App, and serves on the recruitment & marketing committee for AACRAO.

Given his passion for leadership, DJ and his wife launched the Hues of Leadership podcast in 2023.

DJ holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Lees-McRae College and a master’s in Instructional Design & Technology from Western Illinois University.
