CERPP’s Statement on the Supreme Court Decision on Race-Conscious Admissions
The Supreme Court has erred in their conclusion to turn back race-conscious admissions. However, we urge institutions not to over-react to the decision. We are weeks and months from understanding the impact of their decision and the amount of leeway that institutions will be provided in pursuing diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
