The Need for Enrollment Management Education

Access and success in education are the foundations of social mobility, educational equity, and the building of strong nations and societies. In higher education and independent schools alike, a unique and increasingly important cadre of educational leaders known as enrollment managers now lead organizations, offices, and institutions toward these lofty goals. Their work requires knowledge, expert practice, and research to navigate the trade-offs and opportunities for students and their families, institutions, and policy makers alike. A critical body of knowledge has emerged and now, more than ever, leaders and practitioners in the field require formal education and skills to be effective institutional leaders.

Today, more than ever, you need up-to-date, intensive training to become an insightful, effective leader. Dare to take the next step in developing your career.
