Greg Perfetto is an Executive Research Scientist with the College Board where he is responsible for developing new data-centric tools and resources to support colleges in meeting their mission. His current responsibilities include the research underlying the College Board’s Segment Analysis Service, and the identification of Low SES students for recruitment in the Student Search Service. He is the lead researcher associated with the College Board’s Future Admissions Models and Tools Project, a key component of which is investigating the role of environmental context and educational adversity in admissions decision-making. Before joining the College Board, Dr. Perfetto was Vice President for Research at the Admissions Lab, and Principle Investigator on a NSF funded project to develop a CRM-based predictive modeling engine. Prior to that, Dr. Perfetto was a faculty member and clinical psychologist at Vanderbilt University for over 20 years, where he also served as Associate Provost for Institutional Research.
