Vice President for Enrollment Management

Don Saleh is the Chief Enrollment Strategist for Le Moyne College. In this newly created position, Saleh will focus on developing the overall enrollment strategy the college. For the past seven years, he had served as vice president for enrollment management at Syracuse University, where he was also associate vice president from 2001 to 2007. Saleh retired from Syracuse University in June, 2014.
At Syracuse, Donald Saleh directed more than 150 full-time professional and support staff in the Division of Enrollment Management; was responsible for annual budget assets in excess of $230 million; and oversaw university administrative units responsible for undergraduate and graduate admissions, and undergraduate and graduate financial aid, as well as the Registrar’s Office, and Army and Air Force ROTC.
Saleh previously served as associate vice president for enrollment management and was responsible for strategic planning, establishing enrollment goals, developing recruitment plans and determining financial aid practices for graduate programs. He oversaw the undergraduate and graduate admissions process, as well as the growing research agenda of enrollment management. Prior to SU, from 1982 to 2000 he worked in a variety of roles at Cornell University, including director of financial aid and dean of admission and financial aid.
Saleh has over 30 years of experience in enrollment management. He has been active nationally and served as a member of the board of trustees of The College Board.
